Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

By using pristoneaudio.com or our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Plugins. When you buy a plugin, you get a personal license to use it on your own computers. Don't share, resell or crack it. Free trials are fully working for a limited time and need no card.
2. Services. Mixing and mastering work is described on our Services page. You keep the rights to your music and confirm you have the right to send it to us.
3. Refunds. You can try every feature free before you buy, so all sales are final. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll help.
4. No warranty. Our software is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
5. Pristone Autopilot. Our Pristone Autopilot app posts Pristone Audio's own videos to YouTube and TikTok. Its use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and TikTok's use to TikTok's terms.
6. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
7. Contact: info@pristoneaudio.com.
